• 研究概要

近年、医師をはじめとした医療従事者の確保が大きな社会問題となりました。医師の供給を改善することを目的とした政策を考察するには、医師の動態把握が必要です。これまでに届出統計から得られる縦断データを用い、医師数の将来的な推移、産科、小児科、外科からの医師の離脱について分析してきました。都道府県毎の人口あたり医師数を見てみると、千葉県は全国第45位という状況である一方で、養成機関は一施設のみです。同様に、看護師についても全国45位となっています。高齢社会医療政策研究部では、千葉県に医師、看護師などの医療スタッフが根付いてくれるにはどのような政策が候補となりうるのか、という観点から研究を進めたいと考えています。
その他、医療材料の内外価格差に関する国際比較、複数施設における診療行為の原価（コスト）の算定などを行ってきました。
