Payment of hospital fees
Procedures for paying hospital fees

When your examination/treatment is completed, please bring your health insurance card and medical examination sheet to Window 1 for first-visit reception and reception for processing payment.
At Window 1 you will receive one or more of the following slips with some exceptions:
- Your bill number slip (for those paying fees)
- Your appointment slip (for those who have a next appointment)
- Your claim ticket for drugs (for those who receive drugs at the hospital)
For patients paying fees
After receiving the bill number slip, please wait at the general waiting area on the first floor until your bill number is shown on the display, proceed to Area 3 where automated payment machines are located.

- The automated payment machines (Area 3) accept cash, credit cards and debit cards.
- If you have an outstanding payment, you are requested to pay the total amount due.

For patients requesting documents from the hospital
Patients requesting documents such as medical certificates from the hospital are asked to do that at Window 4, the reception for issuing medical certificates, etc., and pay the fee at Area 3 at an automated payment machine. The requested document will be handed to you at Window 4.

For patients who have a claim ticket for drugs (those receiving prescription drugs at the hospital)
Patients holding a claim ticket for drugs (receiving prescription drugs at the hospital) are requested to come to the Pharmacy Window on the first basement floor of the Center for Outpatient Health to pick them up.
