Prof. SUZUKI Takuji
Global Health Care Center supports Chiba University Hospital's global activities and brings our effort together to expand medical globalization.
In concert with our distinguished specialties and institutions inside and/or outside our hospital, Global Health Care Center supports global activities of Chiba University Hospital, such as acceptance of international patients who live outside Japan, global medical education and sending staff to overseas medical institutions, thus bringing our effort together to expand medical globalization.
Promoting acceptance of international patients and supporting their hospital visits/stay
Through organizations such as Medical Excellence JAPAN (MEJ), our center promotes international patients acceptance and assist coordination of the hospital visits and stay to our distinguished specialists.

Facilitating and supporting the acceptance of international health care professionals and researchers
Our center supports the acceptance of brilliant health care professionals and researchers from overseas international research / healthcare / educational institutions in collaboration with each specialty departments. We also support acceptance of international physicians and students for educational training.
Supports for sending staff to overseas medical organizations
Our center, in collaboration with each specialty departments, provides administrative supports to send our staff to overseas research / health care / educational institutions for training and research.
Planning overseas public relations (PR)
Global Health Care Center plans overseas PR activities including the creation of an effective English website in collaboration with the PR section.
Other tasks to promote globalization
Global Health Care Center promotes other tasks including arranging language seminars for hospital staff and international teleconferences to promote globalization.
